Terms and conditions
- All treatments must be paid for in full, 14 days before Spa day.
- Cancellation terms. It is your responsibility to ensure all party members know these terms.
- 14 – 28 days a 25% charge will be made.
- 7 - 14 days a 50% charge will be made.
- 0 - 7 days no refund.
- No food or drink may be brought to the resort for consumption.
- The Spa reserves the right to alter, timings, treatments and use of facilities.
- You will be financially responsible for any damage caused by any member of your party.
- Treatment times cover arrival in room to departure, actual treatments times are shorter than booking period.
