Clients are kindly asked to give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. 

Cancelations made within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a £10 charge, per 30 min treatment time booked. 

All treatments must be paid for in the salon and cannot be charged to hotel accounts.

All prices include VAT .

Please arrive 10min before your appointment as late arrivals cannot get bookings extended.
